No, it is possible that there could be an issue with the License Key. There could be several reasons why DriverAssist is not accepting the copied and pasted License Key. It is recommended to double-check for any mistakes, ensure that there are no extra spaces or characters, and make sure that the License Key is valid and compatible with the version of DriverAssist being used. If the issue persists, contacting DriverAssist support would be the best option for further assistance.
It has been a while since I used DA and there wee some problems during this Purchased use. First there were some "Security-Programs that did not reconize (DA) as a legit program and continued to list as a Bogus/Un-legit program. and,..my security continually fought against its updates and /or re-enstall. i MADE IT THROUGH THE YEARLY PURCHASE AND HAD NO problems except that itsself. I do not know if anything has changed as this specific program(s) have had any better outlook but,..I would recommend that you take a good look @ ashampoo .com and what it has to offerand/or abelssoft ,..as, these botjh have excellent programs that will keep you up-dated. Semper-Fi. USMC (ret).
Driver Assist was doing an update on my home computer when everything froze. When I rebooted, the DA program continued to run and try to install an update with no success. I have a wireless keyboard and mouse Logitech mk710. The update has killed all mouse functions for this unit, although keyboard still works. Tried a wired mouse and zero function. Unable to do anything to fix a problem using just the keyboard. How can I fix this with no mouse? Pretty fed up and will certainly not be recommending this program to anyone and if I have to bring in a tech to help fix this then I will cancel the subscription and certainly let if be know to steer clear of this program.

If the PC is connected to Internet, then you can use the keyboard to navigate and reinstall the necessary driver.
Press Windows key + R then type devmgmt.msc. Using ALT + Tab switch to the Device Manager, then use Tab key to switch the items. Once you find the one with yellow (mouse, input device), press the key next to the right Control Key. It will open the usual Right Click menu. Choose Update driver using the arrows and select Windows Update, then press Enter. Let it install the drivers, attach the keyboard and that's it.
At this time, functionality should be restored. Also, remove Driver Assist and avoid installing such applications in the future.
